Provided in formats of 2 to 3 days in Intra-company format only.

ACCOMPANIEMENT :

Carried out by professional coaches certified RNCP 7 within the ethical framework of a tripartite contract between the company, the coachee and the coach.

ADVICE & ASSISTANCE:

On request depending on your negotiations and their level of complexity.

FORMATIONS

The IN-FLUENCE method is provided by qualified and recognized experts in professional training, most of them from the field, in companies in the fields of negotiation and influence communication.

To best meet your requirements, our preliminary diagnostics are carried out directly by the trainers and coaches expected for future missions.

Our training courses are organized at your home, intra-company, within your organizations over periods ranging from two to three days and including, as an option, days of feedback and individual coaching.

PROFESSIONAL COACHING

To be able to support you in profound changes in your posture in negotiation, communication and leadership by positively influencing your attitude and behavior.

Our coaching can be carried out face to face or via the remote ZOOM tool.

The coaching sessions lasting one and a half hours are carried out exclusively by our certified coaches (RNCP 7) based on an ethical framework and in absolute confidentiality.
